  • We aim to make things as simple as possible. We will send you a purchase agreement which once signed we will move forward with contacting a title company to mediate the transaction. The title company will do a title search to ensure there will be no issues, then ensure they have all the proper documentation from both parties. Finally they will have both parties sign the closing documents. After this the transaction will be complete and you'll get paid.

  • Absolutely not. What you see in your purchase agreement is exactly what you'll get paid down to the penny. 

  • No! There is no obligation to sign the purchase agreement we send you. It's simply an official offer that kicks off the process of selling.

  • A purchase agreement is a simple one page contract that outlines all the terms of us purchasing your property. We encourage you to read it closely - but don't worry - it's very simple to understand and if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Once the notarized documents are recieved by the closing agent and are propely recorded, the closing agent will send a check or wire transfer to you. This usually happens within a few days of signing the closing documents with the title company.

  • We work with a third party title company to handle the transaction. We will not ask you for any banking information, credit card information, or other kind of payment. This is about getting you paid - not you paying us! Any sensetive information will be handled securely by the title company.

  • Some documents can be e-signed, while the final closing documents need to be signed with a notry. For those that cant make it to the title companys office location, mobile notaries are avaliable. These will be sent by the title company to a location of your choice (Work, home, etc) with the documents in hand so that you can sign even if you're on vacation.
